Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account

๐Ÿš€ Creatunity LLC, a rapidly growing marketing agency and e-commerce company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for voice account and chat to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ“ž Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat
๐Ÿค Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
๐Ÿค Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
๐Ÿ’ก Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team

Requirements

๐ŸŒ Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)

๐Ÿ“… 2+ years of experience in a customer support role

๐Ÿ“ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

โšก Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

๐Ÿ” Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

๐Ÿ’ป Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
