The Role
We are looking for Danish native speakers with good English skills (B2 level or higher 🇬🇧) who are ready to build or grow their career in Customer Support.

No worries if you don’t have previous experience — this role gives you the chance to develop skills, join an international team and create positive experiences for customers every day.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful in this role?

•  Language Proficiency – Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
• Technical Aptitude – Comfort and curiosity when working with new technologies
• Customer Service Experience – Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory
•  Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and effective communication
•  Empathy & Professionalism – Ability to remain patient, understanding, and client-focused
