The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist (B2C Sector), you’ll be the voice of Brighty — supporting, educating, and inspiring our users to get the most out of their financial journey with us. You’ll assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and user engagement, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset, who enjoys solving problems, learning fast, and wants to grow in the fintech space.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Communicating with users via chat, email, providing fast and high-quality support

  • Guiding customers through Brighty’s products and features, ensuring smooth onboarding and a great experience

  • Troubleshooting technical and transactional issues in collaboration with internal teams

  • Gathering user feedback and sharing insights with product and tech teams

  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures (KYC/AML where applicable)

  • Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to process improvements

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer success, or community management (preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS)

  • Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus)

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving mindset

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

  • Interest in fintech, crypto, or digital banking products

Salary Range: from €1,500 gross/month, depending on experience.
