Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Communicating with clients via chat, email, and other channels, delivering fast and high-quality support
  • Guiding clients through Brighty’s products and features to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless experience
  • Troubleshooting technical and transactional issues in collaboration with internal teams
  • Gathering client feedback and sharing insights with product and tech teams
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures (KYC/AML, where applicable)
  • Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to continuous process improvements



We are Looking For Someone with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer success, or community management
  • Experience in B2B support is a strong advantage, preferably within fintech, banking, or SaaS
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in fintech, crypto, or digital banking products
