 ✨ What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
  • Troubleshoot platform, login, and credentialing issues
  • Log and document tickets accurately in Jira or our CRM
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex problems
  • Spot patterns and suggest ideas to make the customer experience even better

 ✨ What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, tech support, or help desk
  • Strong communication skills (English written & spoken)
  • Tech-savvy with a love for problem-solving
  • A calm, friendly, and proactive attitude — even when things get busy
  • Currently living in Querétaro and open to hybrid work

Work Location

📍 This is a on-site position in Querétaro, Mexico with the opportunity for some home office based upon performance

  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office
  • Jira

Main responsibilities:

  • Resolve incoming inquiries for internal and external customers via JIRA ticketing system and phone calls
