Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Support Representative (German-speaking) to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for our shops and customers regarding questions about betting, odds, and accounts
  • Customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Assisting customers with deposits and withdrawals
  • Providing basic technical assistance for minor issues
  • Escalating complex cases to our 2nd Level Support team
  • Contributing to an outstanding customer experience


Qualifications:

  • Customer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment working with people
  • Interest in sports and ideally some familiarity with sports betting
  • Proficient German and English skills (must-have)
  • Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
  • Team spirit and the ability to take initiative
