We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Support Agents, full-time, to join our talented Customer Experience team in our Berlin HQ, 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). 

 🎯 What you will contribute:

  • Build Connections: Meet our customers where they are. You’ll be the friendly human touchpoint across all our communication platforms.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Handle complaints with empathy and ingenuity, turning inconvenient situations into "wow" experiences.
  • Master the Grover Universe: Deep-dive into our services until you’re the go-to expert for any customer question that comes your way.
  • Be the Guide: Educate users on Grover's product features and best practices - helping them live a more flexible, tech-filled life.
  • Drive Change: We’re a growing team, and your voice matters. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to make our support world-class.

  • Background: Ideally, initial experience in a customer-facing position in a dynamic setting (B2C start-ups strongly preferred).
  • Interpersonal Excellence: You are a communication pro who balances empathy with efficiency.
  • Precision: You solve problems with a mix of logic and attention to detail.
  • Grit & Grace: You stay cool under pressure and in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. 
  • Mission-Alignment: You’re obsessed with delivering a 5-star customer experience.
  • The Language Specs: Native-level or C2 German + fluent English are essentials. Dutch or Spanish in addition? Even better.
