As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of creating great customer experiences for top tech brands like NordVPN, Surfshark and Saily. Whether it’s solving an issue, answering a question, or just making someone’s day easier, you’ll be doing it with the help of smart tools and an even smarter team.  Your Day-to-Day
  • Support NordVPN, Surfshark or Saily customers via live-chat. No phone calls over here! 
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries. 
  • Make customers happy by resolving their concerns.
  • Turn users into fans through top-notch support.
  • Bring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interaction.
  • What We Expect From You
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Basic know-how of Windows/MacOS and/or Android/Apple.
  • Confidence in multitasking and providing technical support.
  • A calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work in day, evening or night shift 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week.
  • Ability to work on-site from our office in Vilnius.

  • To be considered, non-citizen applicants must already hold the necessary legal authorization (a valid permit) to work in Lithuania.
