Customer Support Lead

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Customer Support Lead. This is a full-time and onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage team of call center support staff
• Answer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, accept payments for online products
• Be a hands-on team leader responsible for daily monitoring of team goals and standards
• Provide training for new employees
• Hands on in the hiring and interviewing process
• Handle fax, e-mail and phone inquiries
• Track calls and service requests
• Escalate problem calls to other service providers
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Occasional warehouse product management support

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer interaction experience, preferably in a call center environment
• 6+ months of leadership or management experience
• Phone sales or support experience is preferred
• Experience working in an office setting using fax, e-mail and phones preferred
• Experience providing support to end users on web site navigation ideal
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills required
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required
