Customer Support -Japanese JLPT N1

Job title: Associate Customer support – Japanese speaker (Online shopping platform)

Criteria: JLPT N1 (Malaysians or any Nationality) /Native Japanese (No English is required)

We can consider candidates from anywhere who are willing to relocate to Malaysia

VISA processing timeline: 2 months post selection and submission of relevant documents

Minimum Qualification required: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree

Benefits :

For Expats Employment VISA, 1 way flight ticket and 1 week hotel accommodation cost is reimbursed.

In-patient Medical benefits up to 80K USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any).

Out-patient Medical benefits up to 250 USD per claim (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any) – 15% co-payment

Optical benefit up to 120 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 1 year

Dental (Tooth extraction and filling) up to 500 USD per year (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 90 days

Dental (Scaling) up to USD 50 per year (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 90 days

Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).

Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days.

Bereavement leaves – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).

Maternity Leave – for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.

Paternity leaves – 7 days
