The Job In this internship, you will become part of the Customer Experience team, with a focus on User Support and Engagement. Your main task will be to solve the support tickets our users submit through the app. The internship will yield invaluable experience in communicating with users, understanding them and sharing insights and learnings to improve the product. User Support will always take priority. Finally, if the user support is under control, you might work on our in-app content, which aims to increase user engagement and retention.
