Customer Support Finance Specialist

About The Job

We’re looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support 

Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in Manila. This role supports the

global Billing & Collections function by handling recurring operational tasks 

such as responding to customer finance inquiries, processing payment 

allocations, and maintaining AR data hygiene.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a background in 

finance operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 

independently within an international setup.

Your Impact

• Respond to finance-related customer queries (e.g., invoice copies, payment 

confirmations)

• Reissue bounced or misdirected invoices and maintain up-to-date contact 

details

• Process customer payment allocations and offsets accurately in ERP 

systems

• Support manual collections efforts by sending reminders and follow-ups
• Clean up open item positions (OPOS) and help ensure accurate account 

matching

• Update invoice statuses across systems (Business Central, internal tools)
• Assist in routine reconciliations and internal AR tracking
• Collaborate with EU finance team to ensure smooth process handoffs and 

escalations

Your Skills

• Experience in finance operations, billing, accounts receivable, 

or customer support

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Business 

Central is a plus)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-organized working style
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
• Experience in a shared service or offshore support setup is a plus
