• Impressive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities that help you find solutions efficiently
• A master at multi-tasking and expertly prioritizing tasks
• An eagle eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in computer systems and software, especially MS Office
• Cool, calm, and collected even in the most challenging situations
• Bonus points if you have experience in the IT industry
• Flexible schedule with the willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment is second nature to you
