About The Role:
Frontline hero for InfinitePay: guide customers from quick questions to complex issues.
Own outcomes end-to-end: diagnose, resolve, and follow through.
Turn friction into delight and long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do:
Support customers across chat, email, and phone with fast, precise responses.
Troubleshoot deeply; identify root causes and ship fixes/workarounds.
Retain customers with creative, practical solutions.
Close the loop: follow-ups and callbacks until 100% resolve
Who You Are:
Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Analytical problem-solver; owns issues to completion.
Detail-oriented, quick learner of new tools/processes.
Fluent in Portuguese; comfortable in English for internal comms.
Tech-savvy: basics of SQL/prompting; Ruby/Python a plus.
Passionate about AI and its impact on CX.
