  • Frontline hero for InfinitePay: guide customers from quick questions to complex issues.
  • Own outcomes end-to-end: diagnose, resolve, and follow through.
  • Turn friction into delight and long-term loyalty.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Support customers across chat, email, and phone with fast, precise responses.
  • Troubleshoot deeply; identify root causes and ship fixes/workarounds.
  • Retain customers with creative, practical solutions.
  • Close the loop: follow-ups and callbacks until 100% resolve
  • Who You Are:
  • Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Analytical problem-solver; owns issues to completion.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner of new tools/processes.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; comfortable in English for internal comms.
  • Tech-savvy: basics of SQL/prompting; Ruby/Python a plus.
  • Passionate about AI and its impact on CX.
