About the role:


With a team member soon departing, we have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time Supply Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain Team.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the production schedule, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing utilisation targets.


To support effective daily operations, this position requires a 7:00 AM start to participate in daily Production stand-ups.


You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Purchasing materials in line with a Just-in-Time inventory model
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external customers, and suppliers
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving planning systems and reporting
  • Actively identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities


About you:


This role offers exciting future growth opportunities within the organisation and is well suited to someone eager to build and develop a career in Supply Chain.


You’ll ideally bring 1–2 years’ experience in a supply chain or planning role. Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of GMP/cGMP compliance will be advantageous; however, a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow is equally important.


To succeed in this role, you will also bring:

  • Strong technical capability, with experience using ERP systems, Power BI, and Excel
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A highly organised and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to remain flexible, resilient, and responsive to changing priorities
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a cGMP environment
  • Confidence collaborating and communicating effectively across multiple teams
