In this role you’d be helping our account management team leverage existing customers, by supporting relationships, helping manage projects, managing reporting and contributing to how we manage accounts strategically.

How you’ll be helping the team:

  • By managing reporting and tasks related to customer contracts, clarifying their needs and questions, and ensuring everything is completed on time and with the necessary detail and accuracy

  • By helping us manage the customer journey, and integrating it into our project management tool for tracking and visibility

  • By helping us structure a proactive outreach to existing clients, maximising their engagement and keeping them updated on news about Land Life

  • By developing strategic account plans and identifying opportunities to upsell to existing customers

  • By helping us prepare important customer presentations that surface compelling information and stories about Land Life’s impact

What we’re offering
This opportunity offers the chance to work with an international team of smart, committed professionals. Our office is located next to the Oosterpark in the eastern part of Amsterdam, allowing us to take breaks in nature. For this role, we’re offering a base pay of € 17,00 per hour, sructured into a flexible contract once we’ve found the right incumbent. In addition to the base salary, our offer includes a free lunch and travel subsidy.

Requirements

We’re ideally looking for someone who has an interest in the sustainability space including energy, ecology & carbon, and a relevant qualification. Previous experience in a sales enablement, customer success or account management function would be highly beneficial, if you are available to work on a part-time basis. In addition, the role would suit someone who can create structure to their work or systems in order to improve efficiency, communicates expectations and timelines clearly, and loves working in a multinational team.
