Our team is growing rapidly in the EMEA region and is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to increase the revenue of our clients (hoteliers) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. You’ll analyze clients’ current setup - website, booking engine, PMS, OTA presence - identify growth opportunities, and build clear recommendations to boost efficiency and profit. Through regular calls and on-site meetings, you’ll guide hoteliers in implementing solutions that drive measurable results.

Main KPIs: revenue growth, at least 15 in-person meetings per month, and the number of successfully implemented recommendations.

Requirements

    • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills; comfortable with calls and cold visits.
    • Based in Samarkand, ready to travel across Uzbekistan.
    • Fluent in Uzbek, advanced in Russian, intermediate in English; knowledge of Tajik is a plus.
    • Experience in active sales or customer success is a plus.
    • Understanding of hotel revenue structure, internal operations, and systems (booking engine, OTA, PMS, channel manager).
    • CRM proficiency and a strong customer-oriented mindset are required.
