Therefore, the Customer Success Specialist at Treatwell is an essential part of our partner (B2B) and customer success (B2C). This position is an excellent opportunity for a client-oriented and goals-driven individual who is passionate about digitising the hair and beauty industry.
Answering chats and emails as a Customer Success Specialist you will be an expert on all things Treatwell. You'll be confident in supporting and answering a range of questions, from how to use and adopt our salon software, through to experiencing a disappointing treatment. You’re highly efficient and able to manage multiple tasks at once, while still maintaining a positive attitude and friendly service in every interaction you have.
This is a full-time hybrid role working in an international environment for at least 3 days from our lovely Vilnius office. Working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
