📌 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead onboarding and success plans: define success criteria, milestones, and adoption roadmap with customers.
- Drive product adoption and measurable outcomes (time-to-value, reduced manual workload, improved alert handling, smoother audits).
- Run regular business review, track health scores, and proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Coordinate internally to resolve blockers: escalate product gaps, align priorities, and ensure excellent issue follow-through.
- Identify expansion opportunities (new teams, geographies, use cases, modules) and partner with Sales on upsell/cross-sell motions.
- Own renewals (where applicable), ensuring commercial outcomes align with customer value and satisfaction.
- Capture Voice of Customer: turn feedback into product insights and roadmap inputs.
Requirements
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.

Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with customer data, product usage metrics, and health tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
