About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team focused on helping customers achieve success with AdCreative.ainot just by solving problems, but by proactively driving retention, engagement, and long-term value.
In this role, you’ll provide world-class support through chat and email, help customers reach their goals, and play a key part in reducing churn and maximizing revenue retention.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
  • Conduct churn-save outreach and demos to retain customers and reduce cancellations
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help customers realize the full value of the platform
  • Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
  • Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
  • Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
  • Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
  • Self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
  • Able to cover night shifts (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Taipei time)

 

Bonus points if you have:

✨ Experience in customer-facing roles
✨ Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs
✨ Experience in churn reduction, renewals, or revenue retention
✨ An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools
