We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team focused on helping customers achieve success with AdCreative.ai—not just by solving problems, but by proactively driving retention, engagement, and long-term value.
In this role, you’ll provide world-class support through chat and email, help customers reach their goals, and play a key part in reducing churn and maximizing revenue retention.
