Customer Success Manager (with English and German)
TLDR
Maintain and develop client relationships while managing accounts and onboarding, with an emphasis on cooperation with product teams and proactive problem-solving.
• Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients.
• Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.
• Client account management.
• Onboarding of the clients
• Demo preparations of the software and apps.
• Cooperation with product team.
Will be a plus:
• Experience in working with business clients.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
• 1+ years experience in SAAS products (customer support, account management, partner management).
• You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely.
• You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
