Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical specialists, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or B2B sales, ideally within software.
Background in simulation, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and support negotiations for renewals and expansions.
Analytical mindset for assessing customer health, adoption trends, and potential risks.
Customer-centric, proactive attitude with the ability to balance retention and expansion goals.
Experience working with CRM tools and modern communication platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English at a professional level. Finnish and other languages are considered a plus.
