LearnUpon is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from LearnUpon's Salt Lake City office.

We’re growing our Customer Success team to keep pace as more customers sign on. We need to hire a curious and self-motivated individual to work with our Essential team managing a large group of customers at scale, specifically supporting accounts in both the US and LATAM regions.
The "Scale" motion at LearnUpon is not a traditional relationship management role; it is a high-leverage, product-centric position designed for someone who thrives on efficiency. You will be responsible for empowering a high volume of customers by becoming a true product expert.
