🚩Roles & Responsibilities

We are searching for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our presence in Spain. This role is essential for driving business value for our customers through the innovative use of SwiftMR, and engaging with them to ensure they maximize the value of our solution.

The role would entail the following:

  • Implement product installations at new customer sites, focusing on MRI scan parameter optimization and network setups
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR based on their unique needs
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image quality
  • Train channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setups
  • Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and priorities
  • Coordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedback.

Requirements

🎯Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging or customer success roles
  • Strong knowledge of MRI technology and workflow
  • Hands-on experience of working on MRI sequence optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (About 50~60% travel ratio)
