Customer Success Manager (Remote – Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK, or France)


At M-Files, we help our customers succeed by ensuring they get measurable value from our intelligent information management solutions. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a key role in driving that success by owning and growing a portfolio of customer relationships across the Nordics.

You’ll work closely with decision-makers and stakeholders within your customer organizations, expanding your network and influence while ensuring that M-Files technology delivers tangible business outcomes. Your mission is to help customers achieve their goals with M-Files, maximize adoption, and ensure an exceptional experience across our products and services.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across M-Files and act as the voice of the customer internally, bringing feedback, insights, and opportunities back into our organization. In the early stages of a customer’s journey, you’ll partner with our Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful user adoption.

Key success metrics:

  • Customer growth and retention (Gross Retention)
  • Expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Customer satisfaction and advocacy

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Customer Success Management
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing customer accounts, including upsell and cross-sell
  • Experience working with customers in the Nordics is required
  • A proactive, analytical, and strategic approach to managing your customer portfolio
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with IT system implementations is a plus
  • Swedish or German language skills are considered an asset; Finnish is not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role within one of our operating countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK, or France (relocation is not offered)
