As a Customer Success Manager at Prelim, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions and ensuring their success with the platform. You will play a key role in driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
- Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
- Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training
- Proactively engage customers to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction with our products
- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success plans
- Stay up-to-date on banking trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results
- Bonus: Knowledgable about banking and banking trends
