Your day-to-day:
Be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback.
Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team.
Share customer suggestions with the Product Team to help shape what we build.
Improve our FAQs and support macros to make self-service even better.
Train and refine our AI chatbot to handle more queries accurately.
Propose automation ideas and workflow improvements.
Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews
Working hours:
Night shift 01:00 to 09:00 EET.
Your skills & experience:
Fluent English.
Previous customer support experience.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable adapting to change and handling pressure.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Nice to have:
Experience with Intercom automations.
Documentation or knowledge base writing experience.
Salary:
Salary: Gross salary 1850 - 2250 EUR/month.
