  • Be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback.
  • Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team.
  • Share customer suggestions with the Product Team to help shape what we build.
  • Improve our FAQs and support macros to make self-service even better.
  • Train and refine our AI chatbot to handle more queries accurately.
  • Propose automation ideas and workflow improvements.
  • Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews
  • Working hours:
  • Night shift 01:00 to 09:00 EET.
  • Your skills & experience:
  • Fluent English.
  • Previous customer support experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and handling pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with Intercom automations.
  • Documentation or knowledge base writing experience.
  • Salary:
  • Salary: Gross salary 1850 - 2250 EUR/month.
