Als Customer Success Manager ben je onderdeel van het Customer Success-team van Incision. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie, onboarding en het succes van onze klanten: ziekenhuizen en medische onderwijsinstellingen die werken met ons online leerplatform en de Incision Assist-app voor protocolondersteuning op de werkvloer.

Je begeleidt implementatietrajecten van eerste briefing tot succesvolle livegang en zorgt ervoor dat eindgebruikers onze oplossingen optimaal benutten. Daarbij werk je samen met stakeholders op alle niveaus binnen ziekenhuisorganisaties — van de werkvloer tot het management.

Your Role

  • Implementeren en uitrollen van onze producten bij ziekenhuizen en onderwijsinstellingen

  • Begeleiden van onboarding en training van eindgebruikers

  • Vaststellen van succescriteria samen met klanten

  • Managen van klantrelaties en -tevredenheid gedurende de contractperiode

  • Regelmatige check-ins om gebruik, adoptie en samenwerking te optimaliseren

  • Beheren van contractverlengingen en minimaliseren van churn

  • Signaleren van nieuwe kansen (bijv. upsell of aanvullende producten)

  • Nauw samenwerken met interne teams om best practices te delen en te verbeteren

Requirements

  • 2–5 jaar ervaring met projectimplementaties en/of customer success binnen B2B/SaaS of de zorg

  • Ervaring in de gezondheidszorg is een vereiste, bij voorkeur met kennis van het operatiekamercomplex

  • Sterke projectmanagement- en communicatievaardigheden

  • Klantgerichte, proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding

  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en analytisch

  • Enthousiasme voor onderwijs, innovatie en kwaliteitsverbetering in de zorg

  • Bereidheid om te reizen binnen Nederland en België

  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

  • Beschikbaar voor 32–40 uur per week
