Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) Australia

AI overview

Act as the on-the-ground extension for Instagrid's team, onboarding new resellers and supporting their network across Australia and New Zealand, with key customer and market engagement.

At Instagrid you are part of the clean-tech revolution by bringing pure energy into your region, helping professional workers transitioning away from combustion generators and making it possible for them to experience a safe, efficient, clean and silent energy solution.

Instagrid launched in the Australian market in 2024 through a local distribution partner and is now entering its growth stage. We operate a two-tier model with one master distributor and a growing network of resellers.

To support market development and continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as the on-the-ground extension of our team. This role bridges the gap between our European headquarters and our partners, with a focus on onboarding new resellers, supporting the wider partner network across Australia and New Zealand, engaging with end customers, and ensuring a consistent brand presence.

  • Manage demo units and product stock for training sessions and events.

  • Distribute marketing materials and signage at a local level.

  • Coordinate with the partnerships team to ensure smooth operational execution.

Reporting

  • Provide concise weekly updates to headquarters on activities, observations, and partner performance.

  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or operational blockers.

Requirements

  • Based in Brisbane, Australia.

  • Confident communicator in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Frequent in-country and occasional international travel expected.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to self-manage while solving problems in real time.

  • Comfortable working with technical products, including running basic demonstrations and explaining functionality.

  • Experience working with distributors, tools, hire companies, or industrial equipment is an advantage.

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Salary: AUD 100,000 plus performance-related bonus

  • Flexible schedule and remote work options

  • Electric company car for business and private use
