This position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The position reports to the Senior Manager, CS based in Copenhagen.
The role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will engage with customers in the Work segment to drive Kahoot!’s adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. The CSM is responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle and will coordinate all Customer Success activities.
The Customer Success Manager's main responsibility is to ensure the success of small to medium enterprise customers in their portfolio within Kahoot! at Work. You will act as a consultant for our customers and challenge them to reach their business objectives using our products ensuring retention, growth and loyalty. You will be part of our International Customer Success team focusing on two of the products in our portfolio, Kahoot! and Actimo
