As we expand, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is an executer at heart—someone who loves understanding customer challenges and goes the extra mile to deliver value and societal impact. You will manage projects in a fast-paced environment, build and grow data-sharing consortia, and act as a trusted advisor across diverse topics and disciplines. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage smooth customer onboarding and project delivery in close collaboration with sales and product teams. 

  • Guide customers in defining success metrics and implementing data-sharing programs. 

  • Support customers with data analytics use cases and basic troubleshooting in Python. 

  • Advise on organizational and legal aspects of privacy-preserving data sharing. 

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Job Requirements 

  • Master’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or strategy consulting. 

  • Affinity with data analysis (basic Python skills preferred). 

  • Experience managing projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong interest in data science and privacy technologies. 

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
