A Customer Success Executive builds relationship with new and existing customers, and assists them with their queries. This involves adopting and retaining Savor of Life customers by providing the best quality service.
Responsibilities
* Provide quality customer service to clients over phone call or Whatsapp to attend to their enquiries efficiently.
* Answer customers queries
* Actively follow up with customers daily to ask for feedback on their food experience.
* Compile all the feedbacks in Excel sheet based on respective category.
* Actively share customer feedback to internal department to improve the customer experience.
* Experience within customer service industry would serve as an advantage.
* Customer-oriented with good people skills; you will interact with a diverse group of clients.
* Highly competent in MS Excel.
* English proficiency is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Chinese is an advantage.
* Able to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
* University students / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
