The role:

The Customer Success Assistant plays an important part in supporting our UK Customer Success team by helping them stay connected with customers and ensuring appointments and follow-ups are managed smoothly.

A large part of your day will involve outbound and inbound phone calls - reaching out to customers, confirming meetings, following up on invoices, and assisting with general enquiries - helping the team deliver great experiences and maintain strong customer relationships.

This is a hands-on role that suits someone organised, confident on the phone, and proactive in getting things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, providing clear, friendly, and confident support to customers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments between customers and Customer Success Managers
  • Contact schools to confirm renewals and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Keep accurate notes and update internal systems and CRM (Salesforce) following calls and interactions
  • Assist with basic office and administrative support to the team (e.g. preparing reports, assisting with customer follow-up tasks, arranging couriers)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing/ call-based role
  • Confident on the phone and enjoy speaking with customers throughout the day
  • Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple calls and appointments efficiently
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Availability to work 16 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during busy periods
