Meet your team

Our Customer Success team at Choco is looking for a Customer Success Associate who will play a key role in onboarding new vendors and guiding their development throughout the partnership. You will ensure every vendor starts strong with a smooth, confident introduction to our AI platform and continue to support their growth as they adopt more of our capabilities. We work to digitize food service distributors with powerful AI technology that transforms how they operate. With Choco AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are processed into a vendor’s system within seconds, helping them build a more profitable and less wasteful business.

The role & responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing account support to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for vendor partners, helping ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with CSMs on partnership execution while taking initiative and ownership where appropriate to further improve our vendors’ experience

  • Support CSMs across the whole partnership lifecycle: from pre-implementation data handling to post-implementation day to day troubleshooting and requests

  • Assist in preparing training materials to guide partners through a seamless onboarding process

  • Train our Choco AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels and set up our partnerships for success

Who we’re looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service delivery

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues proactively

  • We offer a hybrid work schedule at Choco - 3 days in office and 2 days working remote
