What will you do as a Customer Success Associate?
You’ll be the person responsible for helping our clients get the most out of their our client subscription.
Your mission will be to help them achieve their goals, optimise their ad campaigns, and contribute to the evolution of the product.
You’ll wear many hats — support, analyst, strategist — because we’re a fast-growing startup.
We’re looking for people with the right attitude, who want to play big and grow alongside the company.
Your day-to-day:
Analyse and optimise Meta ad campaigns
Onboard clients and train them on the platform
Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
Work closely with the CS and Product teams
Must-have requirements (If you don’t meet these, we kindly ask you not to apply)
Strong motivation to start fast in a tech startup
Excellent English level, written and spoken (any additional language is a plus — your clients will be English-speaking)
Nice-to-have (big plus):
Digital marketing knowledge (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Ads — you can set up campaigns yourself)
Proactive and organised mindset — we move fast (we use Notion)
Previous experience in Customer Success teams (1+ year)
