Tasks:

    • Provide customer support via phone and email on product usage, installation, and troubleshooting (e.g. GPS tracker setup, malfunction, or error codes)
    • Handle general and specific client inquiries, ensuring a positive and solution-focused experience
    • Activate licenses, assist with registration processes, and link mobile applications to the system
    • Work closely with business partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues
    • Manage tickets in the system, ensuring all cases are accurately documented and followed up
    • Join either the Solutions Department (technical support) or Account Management Department after initial training
    • Support customers in both English and a second language, handling occasional English calls as needed

Requirements

    • Entry-level position – ideal for career starters with a communicative and customer-oriented attitude
    • Confident English skills (strong B2 or C1 level – main training language)
    • Fluent in German/Dutch/Portugal/Italian/French/Spanish (used for daily communication with clients)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn technical concepts (GPS device functionality, tracking systems)
    • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
    • Ability to work in shifts between 8:00 and 19:00 (no weekend work; shift rotation monthly)
    • Online work setup: 2 monitors, PC, keyboard, and mouse provided
