We are seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for consumers seeking assistance with products, warranties, and technical inquiries. Accountabilities

• Deliver world-class customer experiences that enhance brand reputation and drive positive word-of-mouth.
• Manage inbound calls and assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Explain solutions clearly, providing guidance for product repair, installation, or service needs.
• Resolve challenging or sensitive consumer issues with professionalism and a positive outcome for both the customer and the organization.
• Maintain call quality, productivity standards, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
• Accurately record customer interactions, demographics, and product-related information.
• Participate in training programs and special assignments as required to enhance skills and team performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with PC applications, including Microsoft Office suite; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
• Ability to focus in a low-mobility, high-observation work environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility, teamwork, and a positive approach to business challenges.
• Reliable internet connection, secure workspace, and ability to comply with remote work policies.
• Must pass background and drug screening as required.
