We are growing our team and are looking for a Customer Solutions Architect with a strong focus on IMS and 4G/5G core networks. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, working closely with our sales, deployment, and engineering teams to design and deliver modern voice core solutions.
Tasks
What you will do
- Act as a technical solution architect for IMS-based voice platforms across customer engagements
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution architectures (HLD/LLD)
- Design and validate IMS / Voice Core solutions, including integrations across multi-vendor environments
- Lead technical workshops and discussions with customers and partners
- Define solution scope, assumptions, and dependencies, and own the solution end-to-end
- Support both pre- and post-sales activities from a technical perspective
- Work closely with deployment and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, including the ability to challenge requirements where needed
- Contribute to technical documentation such as solution designs, proposals, and project plans
- Travel to customer sites occasionally when required
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on IMS / Voice Core technologies
- Hands-on experience with IMS integrations in real-world environments (vendor or operator side)
- Strong understanding of 4G / 5G core architecture and IMS design
- Deep knowledge of signalling protocols such as SIP and Diameter
- Proven experience in solution architecture (HLD / LLD) and end-to-end system design
- Ability to work in multi-vendor environments and complex telecom ecosystems
- Experience working with customers directly, including workshops and technical discussions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive topics without close supervision
Nice to have
- Experience working with MNOs, MVNOs, or private network providers
- Background on vendor or operator side
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Understanding of virtualization and cloud environments
- Experience supporting pre-sales or consulting activities
