Customer Services Specialist, who is eager to learn and grow within the company. Reporting to the VP of Customer Service, this position’s primary functions are to address customer inquiries, manage incoming calls and assist new tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking in daily and communicating with supervisor to receive daily assignments
  • Answering inbound & outbound calls for both current and future customers
  • Understanding future customer’s storage needs and make recommendations for applicable storage units
  • Assist tenants with move-ins and move-outs, account information and status inquiries, issues gate codes, collect on delinquent payments, and collection calls.
  • Act as liaison between customers and company
  • Deliver consistent high-quality service to customers

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Experience communicating with customers by phone, email and/or in-person
  • Detail focused and self-motivated
  • Ability to problem solve through a variety of challenges
  • Willing and able to pass a background check
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
