We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Customer Service Trainer to join our team based in Lidcombe on a full-time basis. You will be the architect of our frontline excellence, responsible for training our Customer Service Consultants and Technicians to deliver professional, empathetic, and expert service.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assist the Customer Service Training Manager to resolve training requirements for various customer operations
  • Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on the job training, use of computer systems and software, interpersonal skills, quality process issues and product knowledge
  • Drive the customer service competency standards across the business
  • Provide one on one coaching to frontline staff where appropriate
  • Provide support to all national and regional business locations via interstate travel or other technology contact mediums

Requirements :

  • 2+ years experience in a Training or Coaching role, ideally within a service-heavy or highly regulated industry (Facilities Management, Logistics, or Utilities).
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can command a room and make even technical safety data feel engaging.
  • Tech Savvy and Proficiency in CRM software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Problem Solver and a "down-to-earth" attitude with the ability to handle the high-pressure nature of the pest control industry.
  • Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a strong advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
