Depending on the specific position that opens, your day could include:
Delivering first-class support via live chat, email and basic billing queries.
Retaining at-risk customers through active listening and tailored solutions.
Coordinating with tutors and booking lessons to keep every class on track.
Solving ad-hoc operational challenges across multiple European markets.
Partnering with our Global Customer Care Managers to improve processes and share market feedback.
