Customer Service Specialist | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Answer calls from business clients to provide first-line support for technical questions related to Teltonika Networks products.
• Communicate with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums, and other communication tools.
• Advise customers and sales representatives on how to integrate and use our products, resolve technical issues, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate more complex cases to Networking and IoT Engineers, ensure clear and effective communication between the customer and internal teams.

• Strong aptitude for problem-solving, leveraging analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges and optimize solutions.
• Proficiency working with computers and common office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, web-based systems).
• General understanding of how computer networks and internet devices operate.
• Passion for technology and innovation. Staying informed about industry trends and advancements, would be considered an advantage.
• Experience in customer service would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~1670 Eur—2340 Eur)pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
