Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Customer Service Specialist, to join our growing Technical Support team in Kaunas, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in IoT sector by quickly and effectively responding to changing market needs and offers reliable, safe and easy-to-use solutions for such areas as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

  • Answering calls from business clients to provide first-line support for technical questions related to Teltonika Networks products;
  • Communicating with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums, and other communication tools;
  • Advising customers and sales representatives on how to integrate and use our products, resolving technical issues, and assisting with basic troubleshooting;
  • Escalating more complex cases to networking and IoT engineers, ensuring clear and effective communication between the customer and internal teams.

  • Have good spoken and written English skills;
  • Can exhibit a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving to exceed expectations in every interaction;
  • Are committed to ongoing learning and development, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Have experience in customer service, would be considered as advantage.
  • Showcase a passion for technology and innovation, staying informed about industry trends and advancements, would be considered as advantage.
  • Possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving, leveraging analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges and optimize solutions, would be considered as advantage.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Comfortable working with computers and common office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, web-based systems).
  • General understanding of how computer networks and internet devices operate.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn technical concepts related to networking equipment.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges 10 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~1680 Eur – 2350 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

 

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
