Your Role
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. You will assist with product information, order processing, troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns efficiently.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Manage MTS order fulfillment process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure data accuracy and inventory management.
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Prepare reports and support sales analysis.
Resolve customer inquiries and ensure order payment.
Manage samples and coordinate with 3PL.
Support marketing and sales through asset management and trade fair participation.
Identify and resolve issues; develop solutions.
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in logistics & customer service, excelling in order fulfillment, inventory, and customer relations.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
