What's exciting about the role

Customer Support are responsible for giving effective and customer-oriented support to all customers and partners. This includes question regarding agreements and invoicing as well as offering accessories and up sell offering added value services. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to servicing agreements and invoicing. Responds to in-bound, routine customer telephone inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and other general questions. Logs calls, chat and email and updates customer account records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and solve issues related to agreements and invoicing
  • Solve agreement and invoice questions
  • Solve and register terminations
  • Offer and register accessory order
  • Offer and up sell packages, services and added value services

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Service-oriented with previous experience in customer service or sales
  • High interest in working with customer related issues
  • Responsible, structured and efficient
  • Interest in administrative processes as well as technical experience
  • Solution oriented
  • Adaptable to challenges and changes
  • Good communicating and expressing in speech and writing both Swedish and English
