We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to start in 2026!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions.
  • Provide accurate information and escalate issues as necessary to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support.
  • Document interactions and maintain records in our customer management systems.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery processes.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of college. (any course)
  • Must have at least six months to a year of BPO Experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
