The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a high level of service and accurate technical communication.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and technical specifications.
Assist customers with product selection based on scientific application or technical requirements.
Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
