Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Meet part time shift requirements and service quality standards
