Die Rolle:
Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter/in bei Kao, nehmen Sie Anrufe entgegen um Anfragen und Bestellungen entgegenzunehmen. Darüber hinaus werden Sie das Backoffice-Backup für den Vertrieb im Falle von Abwesenheit aufgrund von Krankheit, Urlaub oder offenen Stellen sein.
Sie werden verschiedene Tätigkeiten übernehmen, wie Bestellungsmanagment, Kundenbetreuung und Logistikmanagement, Support von Seminaradministration und Support der Hinterlegung des Materialstamm.
Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition im Raum Baar.
