About the Role:

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently coordinate Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) for patients, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • NEMT Coordination: Efficiently coordinate NEMT services, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
  • Prior Authorization: Secure necessary prior authorizations for NEMT services, adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.
  • Paratransit Scheduling: Schedule transportation for paratransit passengers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
  • Disruption Management: Address and resolve any transportation disruptions promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to established procedures and recommending improvements.
  • KPI Performance: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.


Qualifications:

  • A passion for helping people and building strong customer relationships.
  • Eager to learn — no BPO experience needed; we’ll train you!
  • Can handle multiple tasks and stay organized even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every interaction.
  • Team player mindset — enjoys collaborating and contributing to a supportive work environment.


Other Requirements:

    • Amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays, graveyard shift and weekend if required.
    • LOCATION: Makati City (100% Onsite Work)
    • Can start immediately. This is an urgent hiring need!
